認真做「好皂」
我的皂沒有亂七八糟的唬人療效,因為皂的本質就只是清潔,油品搭配才是洗感最重要的關鍵,原料選擇用心外,做的是良心,用的是安心。有時犯皂癮會常作皂,但用的比想像中慢,因此才有多餘的皂可供分享,若看倌們有看到喜歡的皂款,請用悄悄話詢問,記得先登入,不然會看不到我的私密回覆喔~Thank you.

↓ 這鍋皂有來自3個不同善心媽媽的母乳,顏色有差,有的比較白(小),有的比較黃(大)~

Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Camellia Oil, Almond Sweet Oil (infused with Rosemary), Macadamia Oil, NaOH(Sodium Hydroxide / Lye), Breast  Milk

Additives:Fleeceflower root powder, Micas and Titanium Dioxide as colorants

This is a modified recipe from soap #13 which contained 4 times of breast milk. My Mom love use that soap for shampooing and we almost run out of the stock now.

I made some changes on the old recipe and this new soap will be harder and better bubbling than previous version. Took off the Olive Oil and replaced with Camellia Oil which is more suitable for hair.

Camellia Oil is a very stable oil, which means it has a long shelf life. And it is non-greasy oil, excellent for use in skin and hair products. Pressed from the seeds of the fruit, Camellia Oil is high in oleic acid and offers antioxidant properties since rich in Vitamins A, B and E. It's also especially suited for facial use due to its rapid absorbency. This soap contains more than 30% of Camellia Oil.

I used the Almond Sweet Oil infused Rosemary, which is infused for more than one year, to benefit the hair. Fleeceflower root is is rich in lecithin which can softens the skin and a highly conditioning and moisturising ingredient for hair. We used it in so many of our hair conditioners and shampoos in Asia especially for Chinese people. This is also an important medicine since 713 A.D. in China.

Macadamia Oil is a rich source of palmi oleic acid also found in sebum. It gives a lovely silky feel and moisturising benefits. The texture offers an exceptionally good emolliency. Surely, Macadamia Oil become one of my MUST buy oils.

Dispute of the long waiting time for the soap to cure and dry out for the soap, I still chose to use 4 times of breast milk added to get richer fatty acid as moisture. 

Don't worry, this soap won't dry out your skin and definately can be used from top to bottom. hahaha

I don't add any essential oils or fragrance oils but surprisely, it smells like a hint of sweetness of milk.

之前做的4倍母乳皂,很意外的,我家阿娘非常喜歡拿來洗頭,據說洗時泡沫超柔細,很滑潤,很對她的胃口,她是乾燥髮質,因為庫存只剩一塊,於是我又來補貨了~  

這次把之前配方中的橄欖油,改由孿生姊妹品--山茶花油替代,更適合用來做洗髮皂,山茶花油超貴的好嗎~,我加了30%以上啊啊啊~~~!!

另外,我又加了迷迭香浸泡的甜杏仁油,應該泡有超過一年了,迷迭香對頭髮好處很多,相關功效請自己咕狗囉~,因為考量到精油入皂效果未知(**如果真的要求精油能發揮效用,請將純精油稀釋,調成按摩油,直接對著肌膚塗抹,效果比洗完泡泡就沖掉的精油肥皂好多了**)我最終還是選用迷迭香浸泡油來製作,效果可能比較看得見(?)XD

還有加了很多夏威夷果油,這種洗感超棒的,我也不太會形容@@",這種油也很貴,我把它歸類在會回購的必敗油品之一!

考慮到這塊皂希望可以洗從頭到腳,所以在原配方中有稍微修改了一下,增加了一些硬度跟起泡力,使用時更不易軟爛,也比較好起泡,也同時減鹼及用4倍母乳,讓滋潤度更上一層樓,冬天用也沒問題唷~

我很豪邁的用了4倍母乳當水相,整整花了我2小時才將那一鍋母乳冰溶鹼完,油鹼混合時,整個鍋子幾乎是滿的,所以這次喇皂是非常小心翼翼,非常溫柔的喇皂,深怕一不小心濺出來就糟了...  

對了,我還很雞婆的加入了傳說中對頭髮很有益處的何首烏.....的粉末,當作整體的色染,然後繼續練習渲染技巧~

分色的皂液用量太少了,提高皂液來回倒入時才發現,我做淺層渲而已,何必倒到底層去?等我意識到的時候,分色皂液已經不夠用了,只好留下一點遺憾,這次我這次學的的教訓之一,唉....

這鍋皂從準備材料到入模完成,至少花了我4小時,我全程很溫柔的手工慢慢喇皂(因為皂液太滿了),等我全部弄完,匆忙的洗了澡,因為很累,所以一下就夢見周公了....囧

9天後脫模,皂體依舊有點軟,看來應該晚一點再脫模比較好,修完皂後把多餘的皂屑揉成皂球,忍不住一直在聞這香味,很甜很香濃的牛奶味(我也不知道為什麼會這樣,我什麼精油/香精都沒加,只用了迷迭香浸泡油),讓我一直想到米堤爾的牛軋糖,幸好我家有聯翔餅店的牛軋糖可以止饞 XD...

寫在最後:
一般代製母乳皂,有很多都是用半乳半水、2倍~2.5倍乳皂,而大多數賣家為求方便,極少有賣家會做3倍或4倍的母乳皂,因為耗時耗工,而且水分多,所以晾皂期也跟著拉長,導致交貨期也變長,這樣一來完全不符合賣家的經濟效益,更別說皂體縮小幅度太大,重量方面無法對客戶準確交差...

不過我都是自用居多,通常都是做3倍母乳,難得會做到4倍母乳,因為乳量倍數越高,晾皂時間會越長,而且晾皂時,母乳中多餘的水分蒸發了,皂體就會大幅大幅縮小,因而留下了大量的乳脂肪,所以洗感特好很骨溜(個人感覺),這批皂,依我作法,可能會晾皂半年再使用吧...>_<

這批皂不能估算成本,知道答案後我會崩潰~

2015.1.7補充:

沒錯,過了2年又3個月後,現在才來補充洗感....

前幾天拿個這塊皂給我家阿爸洗,他破天荒誇讚我這皂非常好洗,讓我不得不去翻資料找原始配方,這才發現我老爸真識貨~

據他的說法,起泡力夠(他直接拿皂嚕身體),但洗完又很滋潤不會乾澀(他有冬季癢)....

4倍母乳+高級山茶花油+高級澳胡油+甜杏仁油,又保存了2年以上,已經是老皂了,所以好洗...真的不意外 XD

  • 請問4倍母乳皂就是標準皂4倍的母乳量其它配方不變嗎?
    熟成的皂會不會容易壞,需要冷藏保存嗎?

    不知道是不是杏仁油的問題?
    一油鹼混合沒幾分鐘就成碎豆花狀!!

  • 只有淡淡的杏仁味,幾乎聞不出來,你用那家公司名稱去查,它是做香料的廠商~
